Maker Space

Wednesday, February 19, 2020 - 4:00pm

School-age kids can join us at the library for a different makerspace collaborative project every other Wednesday at 4pm

This project is about making, learning, exploring and sharing that uses high tech to no tech tools. The maker movement is about teaching and learning that is focused on student-centered inquiry. "To define a makerspace by its purpose and simplest of terms, it is a place where young people have an opportunity to explore their own interests; learn to use tools and materials, both physical and virtual; and develop creative projects"
