Summer Reading Program Kickoff

Join us on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 10:00 am for the summer reading program kickoff event. David Stokes will be entertaining us with Nature's Music: Sounds in Nature, using songs, sounds, live animals, and things to touch. Open to all ages. Come for the event and sign up for the Summer Reading Program!

The adult book club will be meeting at the library at 6:00pm, on Mon, May 21. The group will be discussing the book
"The Handmaid's Tale" by Margaret Atwood.


Copies are available at the library, it is also on audio, and as an ebook thru OverDrive and Wisconsin's Digital Library. All adults are welcome to join this group.

The used media sale,sponsored by Friends of the Library, will have  books, cds, audios, dvds, children's, plus a lot more, and take place on Friday, June 8th from 9-6 and Sunday, June 10th from 9-2. There will be something for everyone!  On Sunday, June 10th, there will also be a pie and ice cream social, sponsored by Hope Church in the gym from 11-1 and the famous American Legion bbq chicken from 11-to sold out. What a great day to celebrate Fremont!

Adult Summer Reading Program

Have you read a book lately? Stop on in and and be entered in a drawing for one of two wonderful summer baskets.

Adult Summer Reading Program runs from June 13 through August 8.

Open to all 18 years old and over. 

2018 Summer Reading Program

You are invited to join us at the Fremont Public Library for our summer reading program LIBRARIES ROCK!

Kickoff, June 13 at 10:00 am, David Stokes, Naturalist

Closing Picnic, August 8 at 10:00 am, Randy Peterson, Singer & Entertainer

How the program works:

Children from 1 - 18 years of age can register at the kickoff or anytime after.

You will receive a log sheet to record the titles of the books you read each week, which will allow you to enter drawings for prizes at the end of the summer.

You will receive a small price every week that you read books and turn in your log sheet.

We welcome all children!
