Kids and Families

Welcome to the kid’s page where you’ll find information about programs and activities for children from newborns to tweens. We strive to provide a variety of activities to promote early literacy and support learning.

Wednesday Storytime

Follow along as we read a story, feel free to get your hands dirty in a craft, or come move around for an activity. We meet every Wednesday at 10 a.m.

Tween & Teen Book Club

Our tween and teen book club meets every month from September to April. Our young patrons (ages 8 to teen) get together to talk about a book over pizza and sometimes break into board games.

Summer Reading Program

Summer time means reading fun! We have weekly prizes, story times, crafts and end-of-summer drawing prizes. Pick up a brochure for all of our free special events.

Daily Activities

When they aren’t busy picking out new books, we have coloring pages, board games, legos, and a community gymnasium to keep little ones busy.

TumbleBooks

TumbleBooks are animated, talking picture books that have been created from existing picture books from well-known publishers and authors and converted to the TumbleBook format. Also included are Read Alongs, Non Fiction Books, Picture Books in French and Spanish, and Puzzles & Games.
