About the Library

Neuschafer Community Library of Fremont provides access to a wealth of information and entertainment for free! Children’s, adult, and family programming is available at no cost.

We are part of the Outagamie Waupaca Library System (OWLS). We have an extensive collection but if we don’t have what you’re looking for, we can order items from other libraries. If the item isn’t in our library system, we can pull it from other libraries throughout the state.

With your library card and PIN (birthdate MMDDYY) you can access thousands of eBooks, audiobooks, genealogy information and more.

We have a large collection for you and your family including:

  • Laptops, public computers, printer services, and Wi-Fi
  • Books, large print books, and Wonderbooks 
  • DVD’s, audiobooks, and Playaways
  • Games, toys, and activities
  • Access to the gymnasium during library hours
  • Study skills & homework help
